By providing your phone number on borna.ai or to a Borna AI representative, you consent to receive SMS messages from Borna AI for service-related communications (appointment coordination, account notifications, and customer support). Messages are 1-to-1 conversational messages sent by Borna AI staff in response to requests or to deliver service information. No promotional marketing messages will be sent unless you explicitly opt in to marketing.

Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to unsubscribe. After you reply STOP you will no longer receive messages from this number; reply START to resume.

Protected Health Information (PHI) is never transmitted via SMS. Please do not submit, request, or discuss any PHI through SMS messages. SMS communications are intended only for general service notifications and support, not for sharing medical, dental, or health-related information.

We will only share mobile phone numbers with trusted service providers as necessary to deliver the SMS service (for example, carriers or messaging vendors). We will not share or sell mobile opt-in information to third parties for their marketing purposes.
